Meet Kaitlin – The Newest Labber

Kailtin Dickinson. A dancer, techie, and the newest addition to the Pathlabs team.

We are stoked to introduce the newest addition to the Pathlabs team - Kaitlin Dickinson!

Give us a short intro. Summarize your life story in a few sentences.

Born and raised in a suburb of NYC, with my mom as a costume designer and my dad a lighting designer, it was only a matter of time until I discovered my creative skills. I grew up dancing and performing every chance I could.

I moved to Missoula to attend the University of Montana where I met my husband, Ben. We welcomed our daughter, Ruby, to this wild world last January. We have two dogs, a german shepherd, and a corgi.

We absolutely LOVE Montana.

Tell us about yourself! What are you passionate about?

Dance, dance, and more dance. I grew up dancing (ballet, jazz, tap, modern), eventually got my BA in Dance from UM, and then continued to dance professionally in Missoula for several years. I'm also a total techie.

What is your educational background?

BA in Dance from University of Montana.

What is your role at Pathlabs?

Product Manager

How has your career path led you to Pathlabs?

After college, I danced professionally with three different dance companies in Missoula. I also taught dance integration in Missoula County Public Schools for several years. 4 years ago, I was looking to make a change career-wise, and I started working at Lumenad in October of 2017 as the Office Coordinator. Since then I have had several different roles and have worked in several different areas of the company, but most recently worked in Customer Support and then Product Management. My creative background, my love for technology, and my ability to combine the two lead me to my current PM role at Pathlabs today.

Why Pathlabs?

Pathlabs takes on the complexity and chaos behind digital advertising and not only helps agencies execute their campaigns, but Pathlabs become an integral extension of any team they work with. The people at Pathlabs are remarkably smart, creative, and intuitive and I learn so much from everyone every day.
